Several calls a day on cell phone. I get charged for the calls and use up my minutes. I don't know how to stop it.

Repeatedly call our cell phone saying he has worked up "estimates" for us and to get back to him right away. Haven't a clue who this person is. We have "no estimates" for which we are waiting.
