encouraging change of electric service provider - calls seem to have accelerated following or as a result of current service outage from hurricane.
electric services&they can lower my bill&about a rate increase on my current electric bill
It said that I qualify for a reduction of my electric bill (I do not even pay an electric bill)

Energy supplier wanting to save us money - I've called them back from home phone (blocking my # of course) then get a recording, "we're sorry we do not recognize the # you are calling from, please unblock your # and call back" Heck, I'm not giving them my home # also - cell phone is bad enough.
