This fraudulent, criminal scam will claim that you are being sued by the IRS. They insist that you call them back to discuss the "file of information" they have on you regarding "your case"! (Of course, this is all a lie.)
DO NOT RETURN THAT CALL! If you do, your phone # and any other personal information they can scam out of you will be marketed to the entire world of scammers & scumbags!
