No sense ignoring these calls as I did initially because they kept calling back. What did help to stop them was a comment I came across a few days ago to call a do not call service at 866-246-7196. I gave them 3 caller's phone numbers and they verified this one on their list so I gave them the receiving phone number and a couple of days later the calls stopped.

Be careful even when posting in the forum here. The culprits know about this website too and they have moles with bogus numbers telling you to call those numbers to make other callers stop. Do NOT supply any other information nor call any numbers claiming to be "remedy" numbers. It's just another way to verify your information.
