I was called by this number saying they could lower my interest rate on my credit card, a credit card I don't even have... the message reads as below:

"...Hello, this is Caroline calling from the underwriting departments regarding your Discover card account. I'm calling regarding your current credit card account based on your recent payment activity and balance you may be eligible for an interest rate reduction to as little as 1.9% there is additional information i need to confirm your eligibility so please return my call directly in the underwriting department at 1-800-808-1345 this will be the only notice you receive and this offer us only valid for three business days... "
