I rarely answer calls to numbers I don't​ know, this number called me 3 or 4 times &. The voice that left 3 messages was definitely a computer voice,. It said that they was from the I.R.S. &, That the I.R.S. MAY HAVE S WARRANT FOR ME & IT ID URGENT I CALL THEM BACK AS SOON AS I GOT THAT MESSAGE. I NEVER CALLED THEM BACK, BUT ONCE I answered one time, this man had a foreign voice, telling me I had just Won A Grant To Purchase a Home, I quickly interrupted him stating that if this was a telemarketing thing to where I'd be having to send $, for paper work or send $ for anything that he was waisting his time, he responded that no this is official, that he was calling from Washington D.C., So I said well proceed with what you were saying, THAT'S WHEN I GOT HUNG UP ON AND NEVER CALLED BACK
