I dont know. I tried calling back but it just hangs up

Annoying call at 7:47 last night. A person (not a ROBOT or MACHINE) claimed to be Great vacations and that I won a price with nothing to buy (which has to be bull). When I asked them were did they get my number they claim that either I gave them the number or that a friend did. Both I know it is a lie since it is a private number I got that is not use for in coming calls it is for outgoing ONLY. It is in the DO NOT CALL registry so they are obviously violating the law and likely trying to scam people. Just hung up after they could not tell me how they got my number.
