HE WOULDN'T GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION I WANT THE NAME AND ADDRESS OF HIS COMPANY AND HE HUNG UP ON ME. TOLD HIM THAT I'M UNEMPLOYED AND I LIVE IN TEXAS AND COULD NOT SHOW UP IN A WEEK FOR A COURT APPEARANCE. HE PROCEEDED TO GET SMART WITH ME AND SAY WHAT PEOPLE IN TEXAS DON'T PAY THEIR BILLS. I KEPT CALLING BACK THEN HE DECIDED TO PUT ME ON HOLD FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME THEN I CALLED BACK THEN HE SENT ME TO A HIS VOICEMAIL. I LOOKED AT MY CREDIT REPORT AND THIS ISN'T ON MY CREDIT REPORT. I ALSO SPOKE TO AN ATTORNEY THEY CAN'T SUE YOU FOR THIS.

A Ron Jones Called my 76 yr father harrassing him about a debt that is listed for me. He would not stop calling my father so I contacted him at 909-212-7216 . When I spoke to Ron Jones I told him I received your message from my father how can I help you. He didn't provide much information but said I was being sue for a debt on a credit card from HSBC . I know thisa debt was taken care of. I got divorced and made arragments . Well he said well it is not paid and you are being sue and we will take you to court and you will have to pay $1500 attory fee plus charges totaling over $2700. I tried asking him more information because I didn't know the company nor have I received any information about this collection company. He than said I will settle for $1000 and I pay today $500. I explained that I don't have that money at this time but I like to have some documents on what his chargers are. He was such an jerk. He wouldn't asnswer my question but continue to say pay your bill stop stalling. I told him I mader the settlement with hsbc and on and on. He than hung up on me. So I googled the number and spoke to a receptionsist I told her what happen that I like to speak to someone other than Mr. Jones because he was so rude and not providing any information. She transfered me to RonJones. I asked if I can be transfered to a manger he kept asking for my name I said I do not wish to speak with you . You are rude. He said he was the manager and wouldn't tansfer me to anyone else even though I asked for just someone else. anyway he gave me till 3pm get backt o him trteating me and treating me. I actually left work that day to find out what I can do and what happen with the payment. He call my work again yesterday and today he called to ask for my boss. A co worker told me he was on the phone and I picked up the call and asked him what I cna do for him. He wanted to talk to my empoyer to get my wages and information so he can take money out of my pay. I again tried to speak with him to resolve this but from 8-5 I am at work and this is something I can not handle during work. I asked him to not call my work again and to not involved my boss with this drama. Just to send me the information so I can see what he is talking about since he will not disclose much information to me. He is fialating my rights calling my work and trying to speak with my boss. No letter was sent to me. I have no knowedle of this company. He will not stop . I need help to have him reported for harrassment. any clue how to help me out. Help he is crazy..
