Just received a call as well from this number, call never rang long enough to answer, then when answer, straight to voicemail.

Received a call from this number I answered but it hung up I called the number back and it's going straight to voicemail and voicemail is full but the person on the voicemail is claiming to be Michael Anderson from IRS since when does the IRS make calls from cell phones
