call rec'd on 6/5/13 at 6:21pm ET

On callback, they identified themselves as the "Health Enrollment Center", offering affordable health care options.Recorded announcement instructs "Press "1" if you are no longer interested in affordable health care; press "2" if you would like to speak to an agent.

If I pressed "1", the entire announcement repeats itself over and over.
If I press "2", the call is disconnected.
There is no way to opt-out of these calls.
