I have received SEVERAL calls from them ever since I signed up for their internet service. I have requested them to stop calling, but they still call. I added their number to my call reject list, but now they are leaving blank voicemails. I have received 7 calls from them just TODAY! I have now filed a complaint with the FCC on them. We will see if this works. I suggest we all file a complaint and maybe they will actually do something about this. good luck to you all.

They call me non stop every day!!! I get between 4-6 calls from them every day!!!! I refuse to answer!! It's rediculous!!!

I received 2 calls from this number 7 days apart. The first caller stated what service I had and offered to explain other services available to me. I clearly told them I wasn't interested in other services and to remove my number from their call list. I was told it would take up to 3 weeks (21 days) for that to happen. I made note of the date of the call 3/8/13. I received a 2nd call at 5:45 PM on 3/15/13. The caller said they were from Charter Cable and acknowledged that I had internet cable. He asked who used the internet service and what it was used for. I responded by telling him it was none of his business how the internet service is used and advised him that I had told a previous caller to removed my number from their calling list. He then started speaking random numbers. 10, 19, 24, 56, etc. I hung up the phone. Talking to the representative and pretending to be interested in their product is of no avail either. I've tried that with previous marketing callers. They are programmed to make you look like the one who is harassing. It's a vicious circle.

This number is used by Charter Communications for selling additional services to existing customers. They have called two days in a row, at work, in an attempt to get me to purchase services in addition to my Internet Access.

I spoke with the first caller and politely told them that I was not interested in additional services. I received a second call today with the same offer and told them the exact same thing, that I was not interested. The caller became defensive and rude, stating "I can't see why you wouldn't be interested in adding a phone line to lower your internet bill." The upshot was that it would increase my bill by five dollars before taxes and fees for a service I already had through my wireless provider.

I called the number back,and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was connected with Matt Zettle, and I asked that my number be removed from their call/marketing list. Matt informed me that it should be off by midnight tonight, as well as off of the lists of any other call centers. I also informed him that being called two consecutive days at work and having the caller not listen when I told her that was an annoying waste of time.

If I receive any calls after contacting them and asking them to remove me, I will be reporting them to the FTC and FCC.

Charter calling me after hours with an automated message. I have charter and am extremely dissatisfied with the pushy service I have their internet service and they constantly harass me about changing or adding to my service, even though I have repeatedly asked not to be contacted to further my service. My next recourse is to discontinue my service. I urge people to ignore their calls or if they wish to talk to a representative and complain about the harassment when they do call you. Also other numbers they use come with 555 or 888 area codes. Good Luck.

Called at 10:31PM on a Friday night! Noisy background with several individuals laughing. Told the caller to call back during normal business hours M-F. He continued trying to determine our cable provider, phone provider and internet provider. Finally had to hang-up.
