got a call from 9092595615, are they targetting the prepaid numbers with limited talk time ? If anyone has a prepaid card and recieved a blank call. please post on this blog.

Automated call recording for WCA offers. I continue to press the number to opt out but get calls every weeks still.

I just asked opted out to have them call my cell. I opted out on a landline.
I hope I don't recieve anymore calls after today
