Spam call
Automated message offering student loan forgiveness.
No one speaks when you pick up the call from this number. May be spammers just checking validity of a number they want to use for further calls.
Spoofed ID "VOIP Caller" many calls, no messages, finally picked one up - robocall recording offering a 'free' wireless security system worth $1100 in return for allowing a sign in your yard and a "small" monthly monitoring fee.
