A means to lower an interest rate on a credit card -- but they did not identify themselves and I know my credit union does not make solicitations over the phone.

automated person claiming i need to do these things to my credit card (which i don't even have) and if i wish to speak to someone to press 1.. when i did a man answered and didn't state his name, just asked if i had chosen the right option.. i replied that i don't even have a credit card and before i could even finish that, he had hung up.. tried calling back and it went to a full voicemail box that belonged to mike henderson..
