Offered to lower my credit card interest rates to 4.9%. The Company stated their name was "Account Services". I pressed one to speak w/ someone and asked to be removed from their list, AGAIN. I have requested to be removed from their list numerous times in the past several months. After I request that they immediately hang up so I can not get any additional information from them such as a working phone number or a corporate address to complain to that they have not removed my number. Each time they call it is from a different phone number that doesn't work when called back.
