Credit card member services stating that I'm eligible for a lower interest rate on my credit card. Press 1 for immediate help. I cannot get this caller to identify his company or confirm what credit card he is calling about. Luckily, I'm smart enough to know this is not authentic. I have been bothered for months and when I start to question they always hang up on me. When I return the call, the mailbox is always full or the caller is not accepting calls. This is a scam!!!
