Lowering my interest rate on my credit cards - and to hurry! This was my final warning as the offer would not last much longer. Really? that's the same thing they said the last three times they called.

Recorded on voicemail: “…for accounts. There are no problems currently with your account. It is urgent that you contact us concerning your elegiblity for lowering your interest rate to as little as 6.9%. Your elegibility expires shortly, so please consider this your final notice. Press the number 1 on your telephone now, to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rates, thank you.”

From Credit Card Services, which is not affiliated with any credit card I use. It is prerecorded so I don't want to press 1 to waste my cellphone minutes.

Pre-approved credit card. Recorded message prompted me to press 1 to talk to a person, but the call never went through.
