Received a call on my cell, prerpecorded message offered lowering interest rate on credit card ("as low as 6.99%"), asking to press 1 to speak to live person. I pressed 1 to get the details about this business. When I asked if they represent any bank I have an account with, representative kept repeating "We offer great rates". I asked about the name of the business, he responded "Financial Advising Services". I asked about their legal address, he responded "We are located in Florida". I repeated the request for full address, he said he will transfer the call and hung up.

I am not sure if it was prohibited telemarketing (it is a cell phone AND listed in do-not-call), or outright scam. This number has a lot of complaints logged on internet about unsolicited calls. Please enforce the do-not-call law on them.

They are offering lower interest rates on "my" credit card...I do not have a credit card with them...they at no point mentioned their company name or specific services. SCAM!

Heather called from card services (no bank name provided) to offer lower interest rates on my credit cards. At the end of the recording it said to press 1 to talk to a live person or 2 to discontinue calls. I just hung up.
