Has anyone had any luck in getting these cocksuckers to stop calling them? Justin FLoyd, Jimmy Santana, Charles Green, and now "Officer Marcus"... Geez! Dont you rag heads have something better to do?

i got the same thing they called my daughter.A person who identified himself as Jeffery stated that my daughter owes Cash advance company $300.00 and with late fees 743.00.If she doesn't pay in 6 hours that i needed a lawyer to because i was going to have to pay $7,000-$8,000.­00 to stop lega l action. Thank good my daughter called me SCCAAMMM!!!

I believe this is the same number that has called me just recently. I spoke with this guy earlier today, Alsa Sukmar (Dont know if I am spelling this correctly), mentioned to him that I had been recently laid off from my job and was working with an attorney on filing Bankcruptcy. I received 3 more calls this afternoon from the same guy the last he said his name was Jason Smith. Same voice and same number calling in. He stated that he would have a team of officers at my home or work on Friday to Take me into custody. As a Law Enforcement Officer, I dont take kindly to threats, especially those from people try to exploit or conduct bad business. I have since filed a complaint with the FCC and contacted the company managers to inform them of what tactics their employee is taking. I also informed them that if they contacted me again in the same manner I would file both criminal harassment charges against each of them, and file a civil suit against the company. He needs to know the law.

I recieved a call at work and he said his name was Mike lee and i need to return the call becuase they were pressing charges against me for fraud and he was sending a female investigator to my job to arrest me. Then he told me i iwed a Cash advance company $300.00 and that i needed a lawyer to because i was going to have to pay $7,000-$8,000.00 to stop lega l action. I told him this was a scam and i cussed him out and he hung up on me. When i called the number back a girl answered the phone and i told her i was on the way to the police department and what was the name of the company and she hung up on me. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY TO YOU. I FILED A POLICE REPORT.
