Caller left message on my voicemail but no name. Jus for me to call back in reference to legal issues.

Foreign man, speaks very poor english, says his name is Chris Brown and that he is calling from the legal department of something. Calls my cell and my work number. I told him to hold on so I could call the police and he hung up on me. They call from many different numbers 951-582-4832, they can even call from a number within your area code. This is a SCAM!!!!

Don't send them any money. If you recently went into a cash advace place to borrow money, such as USA, inform them that their information on their customers might be tampered with and give NO money or any other information about yourself over the phone. Our bank was tampered with, we have since fixed the problem, but it was a hassel!!!

Got a very rude message this morning, and so i called back. The person was hard to understand, was maybe of Asian decent, Said she was an attorney, said I owed $1600 and then she kept lowering the amount for me to pay, i kept refusing. She got all the way down to $200 and she asked me to get a prepaid card. She couldnt give me the name of the company she was representing for my debt, and then she hu on me. I called it back. and got a male, said he was an attorney he kept wishing me luck and that the sheriffs dept will be here later today. Had my knees shaking for a bit. I called the one lender knew I had, and they said they didnt forward any of my info and that i was up to date with my payments, and that i should avoid these people. They are a phishing/scam/fraud company, and should be avoided at all costs. Please be cautious.

I just want to thank you all, i was freaking out this morning when they called me to tell me i owed them money thank you guys .

they call me today say i owe they money and they threat me if i not pay them ..they will send me to the court..

They called me twice yesterday dn i have been trying to call back all morning and i am not going to anymore now that i have read some of these. i have never got any payday loans and yes i may owe peopel some money but i everyone i owe money to and they would have let me know they were going ot file some charges. this guy said GOOd luck to me if i dont call back but then i call and it says "welcome" and then it says this mail box if full good bye

Received several calls from this number on my cell & at work. They said I have charges filed against my SS # and needed my attorney"s Info. to send them the paperwork. Told them I knew nothing of this and then they told me to call another number and talk to Ronnie Cooper. Spoke with Ronnie ( probably not his real name) and he said if I paid a lower amount then the case would be closed. Wanted me to get a pre-paid debit card and fax him the #'s, a copy of my ID, and a letter stating that I give my authorization to charge the money to that card. Also when I asked for a copy of the charges be sent to my email he said they couldn't do that until I paid....WHAT A SCAM!!!!!

Calling from different numbers saying that I owe them money

The person that I talked to was the rudest person I have every talk to. I had a hard time understanding him. He left me the rudest message on my voice mail and when I called back and talk to him he was rude to me and he actually hung up on me before I could ask any questions. He said that I owned him X amount of money and he was sending a fax to my job with info and that I was going to get fired. He never asked for a fax number for my job.

Its a person trying to rip you off for money i asked the person were to send the money and he told me i had to buy a prepaid card and he pay in from that that. The reason for that is it cant be tracked so once you send the money theres no telling where it went and you will never see it again. Dont fall for the scam i already fell for a scam like this thinking i was getting a loan and sent in a payment and never got the loan. These people are all in this together and will keep sharing you information to try and find ways to get money from you for any reason they can think of.
