Caller sound like a telemarketing room agent from India. The following message was left on my voicemail, a voicemail of a brand new phone number I just was assigned by my telecommunication company.
Date the call was initiated- 03-21-2016
Time of the call- 10:26 am
Duration of the recording- 0:47 seconds
Caller ID- 909-666-5071
Message:
" This is Christina Brown from the department of legal affairs. I was trying to reach you in regards to a very important issue. This is a verbal notification for you in regards to the enforcement actions that has been started on your name. My number is 909-666-5071. Again the number is 909-666-5071. If for any reasons you are there for the call back, I will suggest you to have your retained attorney to do it for you as delay in calling us might end up into a legal mess for you. I hope you will take this right and call me back. Good bye."
Ignore the caller, ignore everything having to do with this caller. It is a scam. If you were to be facing legal actions, no one would call you. You'd be served to show up in court with plenty of time to retain legal representation.
Just like the person on March second:
A woman with a thick Indian out Pakistani, or similar accent, claimed to be "Christina Brown from the Department of Legal Affairs. I'm calling about a very important matter. An enforcement action has been started on your name." This was a message left on my landline answering machine.
I will NOT call them back. I hope to be around when they call again. Just as I do when the "Technical support department" calls out of the blue to help me with my computer error messages, I intend to have fun at their expense [I tell the computer pirates, who want me to download a malicious virus so they can ransom my the contents of my hard drive, that we do not have a computer....they are completely speechless, because they have no idea if you do or do not have a computer, they are calling people "cold" and hoping they have a computer with a Windows operating System, and not Linux or Apple..., and that they are dumb enough to go download the mal-ware per their directions].

She then turned to intimidation tactics saying "If for any reason you are unable to call us back, I advise you to have your retained lawyer. Please take my advise and call back immediately."
