I was told this call was in regards to an online survey I had completed. No survey that I can recall had been completed.

The woman began by saying that she was calling me regarding an online survey I had "recently completed today" - I had not completed any surveys online today, so I knew from the get-go that this was a sham. I hung up before she had a chance to continue.
