Won a gift from taking a survey that I have not taken
I supposedly won a $6000 Walmart gift card for filling out an online survey which I DID NOT DO!!!!!

Free gift card, gas card and something else for logging on to the website and on the website it asks for a cc number. I stopped there, no way. Yes I filled out surveys, but I know who they are through and how they will contact me.

Not sure; did not complete call, "offer" to receive "Walmart Gift Card" or "Apple Ipad". Call was to my personal cellphone -- only me -- and yet they said offer was in response to me or someone in my home filling out something, which is complete bunk; they could not even say who specifically it was, and, calling to my cellphone is not my home and only represents me.
