Ask them for their street address. When they ask why, tell them it is for a lawsuit you filed and you need an address to have papers served. They immediately hang up. If you have time, keep doing it, over and over. Eventually they ask you to please stop calling - that's when revenge is yours.

Insurance agents that will not stop calling or will not take your phone number off the calling list they will hang up on you when you try to talk to them and tell them to stop
