Represented themselves as Laser Lending collecting for BFS Mediation. Fraudulent call trying to get credit card information.

This comapny is fishing for infromation, called stated I owe $500 from 6/20/2012 from a company called Laser Lending, I google the company which is a mortgage company and not a payday loan> I was told the gentleman that answer may call, he state he recieves serval of these calls a day and to please DO NOT give them any infromation.

I just received the call also, telling me I owed $1800 on a loan back in 2011 from a Vin Capital or something like that and I asked her how come I've never received a thing via email and why it was so much. She stated that I wouldn't see it on my credit report because you don't need credit to get one of these loans. She had a case number and everything and stated she needed paid today with a credit card so this case wouldn't go into mediation. Call came is as a 217-483-0006 and I was told to call a different number 912-809-6011, kind of sketchy to me. She had all the information correct but I told her I had to call her tomorrow which didn't like and wanted payment today because she said I couldn't hold the account until payment was made..

I rec'd the same call today. the number that came up on caller id said 1-262-346-5504 and the number i was told to call is 1-912-809-6011 case # 66323. this is just another scam. these people need to get a real job.

I continue to receive calls from 307-222-3520. After ignoring them repeatedly, they finally left a message on 3/15/17. They stated to call 912-809-6011 for Case number 49242. It was hard to tell if this was Birgo financial services or Virgo financial services. I called back on 3/20/17 while recording the call, and spoke to a Ms. Carter in Legal Processing. I validated my maiden name and last four of my SSN. I then asked if they were licensed to collect debt in Colorado, after a lot of back and forth and telling me that I would need to speak to a supervisor. They then told me that they couldn't give me that information. After that, Ms. Carter was somewhat rude to me after I asked the name of the company, Bell Capital Corp. And how much I owed, 450. I asked her to send me a written verification of the debt, and she asked if I was still at an old address and an old email. She refused to send me written verification because it had been through a ring of verification, which I did not receive. She said it was in mediation and litigation and that my case would be forwarded out and a process server would be at my home or place of business to have me served and I could deal with it in my county.

I got a message about a legal matter that was being placed with my county prosecutor. Made me a little nervous so I called them back. Mary Wright told me I owed a company called WTJ Capitol money from a pay day loan in 2012... never had a pay day loan before. She told me "OK I'll just make a note to move forward with the case and good luck." Then hung up. LOL.

I received a call from this number they left a voicemail with the recordings with a case number for me or my attorney to contact them but they did not say a I would not trust this number
