Says they are trying to help reduce credit card rates--asks for a credit card number--and suggest hitting option 1 or 2 to speak to a live representative (who then tries to obtain credit card information.) When I've asked to be removed from their list, they hang up. And the calls start again within a few days. It's a scam.
