Called my cell phone 4-5 times a day then started calling home phone just as much but never left any message but then recording said Comenity Bank. I knew it was for Elder-Beerman, my payments were never late but now that they are closed, they have charged late fees and interest higher rate. i pay them 1 mount a month and that is all they will get! Totally unfair how they harasse you.

Yes, I am getting so frustrated with them. Like everyone else's reports, they badger me with multiple calls a day. I don't have time for them especially when I am up to par with my payments. I don't know where they are getting my number and of course, anyone knows they sell your phone numbers to each other (crooks), trying to get you to answer them. This number leaves me a message and I just delete it. They have no business harassing people with their PHONY calls. I don't know Comenity Bank. Can someone report them to the Federal Trace Commission? Thank you.

Calls NUMEORUS times EVERYDAY! Comenity Bank regarding Elder Beerman account, Account they closed, brought down my credit score, and NOW wants to continue to harass for payment!! Account closed NO CONTRACT SORRY

I've had c/ for 10 yrs. Went to use it & was told
Going out of business, filed bankruptcy & ALL CC wud NO LONGER BE valid!!! Frekn BS. No notice, no mailing, nothing!
I think they shud have handled it BETTER. I've lost a high amount of credit & has impacted my credit due to the company doin this.

This company called me 5 times the 18th, and 4 times yesterday and today. I may have an account and only reason I am behind they never sent me a bill and calling on weekends and more then once is illegal by law, and using 2 numbers to harass people is illegal as well.
