They have called from several different numbers. Always say there was fraudulent activity detected on my account. Always state it's for a woman that has never had my phone number.
Recording stating that I will be summoned at work or home to appear in court because of fraudulent activity on my SS#. It also says for me to contact some other number and give them some case # before I am summoned. If I don't do it before then I will waive my rights. So far the same recording has been from two different numbers one is from Connecticut and the other is Ohio. I think probably someone has sold my information because here lately I received phone calls from four different states either calling about fraudulent activity or trying to collect on some bogus debt.

I'm a collector, and I've been getting calls from these folks. The manner in which they are trying to collect is highly illegal. By law, they have to state who they, not that they are collecting for an entity of which you need to call the number to get the name. The whole thing is automated. Just report the number to the FBI, Local Authorities. They are probably "zombie" collectors and trying to go after debt that they can no longer legally collect.
A bonafide collector would have ONE number, ONE state out of which they do business. This whole thing is fishy. Know your rights.
Yeah first from Connecticut now Kansas. Its BS. Just tryning to.scare you. I know I.owe creditors but not by my fault. Anyway. They cant do anythingits a civil matter not criminal. If they want to.summons you. Then the judge orders it not.them what losers.
they say you have warrants for your arrest for fraudulent activity
