don't want calls

First time called yesterday around 9am, again today the same time this am, and again this afternoon, all times so far, no message is left, no identification, and when looked on line I see it is a kansas city landline phone in wyandotte county. I do have a JC penny card, however should not be getting collection calls because I do not owe anything, nor think I have ever used my card. I have not received a bill in the mail or anything. I want the calls to stop, I have looked at other websites and this number has been harrassing many people for an extensive amount of time going back at least 3 years. This needs to stop and this number if it is from JC penny needs to identify itself properly.

never had an account with them. either it is a collection error or they are looking for new customers.
