This is a collection agency that has failed to record the fact that no one at my number is who they are looking for. This has persisted for over a year. I’ve been collecting every call record and am now reporting every phone number they use in a suit to Kansas City, KS.

If anyone else has been harmed in a similar manner by ERC / whomever else is operating these numbers, I will be posting a website at stopkscellharassment.com; we will be working toward a class action with enough parties signed to the case. Thanks!
