this is listed on the web as a KC Star number; however, they leave no message and when I broke my own rule and called back it was not the Star. It was a very breathy, unprofessional sounding female speaking from what sounded like a boiler room and identifying herself as calling for 'the local paper.' When I asked which local paper (I do not live in KC) she said "The Kansas City Star? Are you already on---" I hung up and will not be answering calls from that number again.
