I received this phone call @ 11:17 am this morning and didn't get to it to answer it. All that came up on the caller ID was Kansas. I've tried calling that number several times, and get a busy signal each time. "cept for once. I got some card holder services. I had the State of Kansas 1-800# call it and they said all they could find was a Leawood and Kansas City Ks ???? Who is this?
