Called and hung up

Just received a call from this number not sure who is was. Caller breathed on the other end very heavy but never responded when I said Hello then caller hung up.

I received a call from a man who asked me did I apply for a painting job, He sounded professional so I went with it. When I told him I was employed he was abrupt and said have a good day. He was very fast in speech and didn't waste time with taking a breathe. I'm concerned about this call because, the man asked me about a job but the caller ID said "FIA CARD SERVICE" calling out of Basehor, KS. It doesn't add up. Please beware of this number.
