On my landline phone 5/23/2016 at 3:01 pm, said falsely that either a friend or I have requested a call from Medic Alert. Robo call.

Phone is registered on Do Not Call list, so why do we get calls like this? If I don't recognize the number, I do not answer and then check the number by reverse lookup. The number showed on caller ID.
