Rang twice and stopped. I called back and there was an automated voice about affiliates, rewards program and $hit, I can't tell you what else because i hang up really fast.

Rang once and immediately hung up. I don't get it. Are they expecting the call recipient to return the call and assume the charge for the calls?

Yes. Received a call from +1 (914) 228-9122. Caller hung up on 2nd ring no message. I recommend blocking. Probably a criminal.
