This is someone calling from New York claiming to be an Attorney and trying to get you to pay him money or a Warrant for your arrest will filed immediately. They pull up people's info from the credit bureaus to try and convince you they have your info and are legit...but they're either a very poor excuse for a Collection Agency or Running a Scam...
