Annoying LYING telemarketer named "Nina" keeps calling and calling!

Woman called, asked for me by name, offered to lower my electric bill by 15% at no cost to me. She had to call back as the connection was so bad I couldn't hear her through the static and breaking up. She called back and said she was from an alternative energy supplier. Probably wanted me to sign up for their electricity instead of my local energy company and she wanted to verify my information. This, and on top of the fact that I have compared prices in the past and for the most part their electric costs more per unit that my local company, ....nope!

Called and hung up.
