Very bad English. Could hardly understand the woman who called. Tried to interrupt me when I said I couldn't understand and so was going to hang up. I hung up and have not been called back.

WATCH THIS INDIAN CALLER. He tell you that he is calling from "WINDOWS 10" Technical Department. NOT MICROSOFT, but "WINDOWS 10" CHECKING HIS called ID YORKTOWN HTS, NY... Immediately I knew it was a "Got ya" call. So I play his game. He told me that "Windows" have "DETECTED AN ERROR" with NORTON.
Well, I do NOT have NORTON. Them I ask him what can he do for me ????
Oh I can get into your computer and fix it.......THAT WAS ENOUGH FOR ME. I told I do NOT HAVE A COMPUTER, so how can I let you in my computer. You are NOTHING ELSE BUT A SCAMMER" Go and fix your mother's computer instead...
MICROSOFT should get after these SCAMMERS that try to get into your computer and put them in JAIL.

They called me three times in two days after I told them "Never call me again!" claim to be "The Microsoft Windows PC Repair" company and stated that "Windows" had detected that I had "downloaded many infected files." They want remote access to my computer and sell me tech apps and services that are a SCAM! They will INSTALL their VIRUSES! It is a "boiler-room call center, very noisy and the man has a thick Indian accent. Probably using a spoofed phone number to appear they are in New York, USA but really calling from a fraud shop in India. Please prosecute these criminals.

Strong Indian accent, said he was from Microsoft and that my computer was telling them I was getting multiple error messages. I told him to lose my number or I'd report to the feds.

This caller wants access to your computer. If you grant it, they will show you all types of problems within your computer and try t get you to pay them to repair it. Whether you chose to have them repair it or not, they have downloaded a nasty Trojan horse virus which, starting simply and increasing over time, blocks access to Norton and any other security you might have. After about a month they will contact you and offer to clean up the problem for an automatically renewable annual fee. Unless they have changed their programing, Superantispyware will clean out the Trojan Horse. www.superantispyware.com (and it is free)

They have called me several times, and I have filed complaints to the Do Not Care agency of course nothing is done. He spoke with a heavy East Indian accent said he was calling about my computer and I said what about it, he said just checking to see what problems you are having. I said who are you with well Microsoft, I called him a liar because I have already discussed this with them, then he said a private company. No matter what I called him or told him what I was going to do he kept on going until I hung up. He has been told not to call several times and still it goes on. Funny to me the government can listen to your calls but cannot stop these scammrs.

Henry, called me about our office computer (though he didn't know it was an office). So I got the so called name: Windows Technology, Address: 285 Fulton St, Said it was in California, California and gave me a Harrisonburg, VA Zipcode. 22803. I guess the sob who call calling thought I'd continue talking to him without checking information.

Called me about my "computer:. It is a total scam. They try to convince you that they received a message (which is a lie, it does not exist), and then they try to get you to take down your firewall and virus protection so they can take control of your computer and steal your information. Hang up on these creeps!
