This is a total scam. the message is stating that the calling party is an officer of the IRS and has filed a lawsuit against me. I am to call right away.....Yeah right!! I feel sorry for anyone who would think the IRS would leave such a message. Beware!!

All i heard was...we are suing you...call this number..914-499-8233!
Message left on machine with similar claims-left this number, no name-just obvious scam.
I received a call from this phone number and the person claimed to be officer David Scott with the IRS, telling me that I owed back taxes and a lawsuit would be filed against me. The IRS does NOT make these calls and this is a FRAUD.
