In an effort to stop these annoying calls, I searched and found a do not call request service at 866-246-7196. They said they provide this service to a small number of clients that want to minimize complaints and save time not calling people who don't want to be called. I needed the relief of the constant calls so I gave them the caller's phone number which they verified on their list and then added my receiving phone number to the do not calls list. You need to allow 1-2 business days to process but it was well worth it as this was an effective way to stop the calls.

"Stacy" answered and said "GE Home services has a free system to be installed in my home" I stopped her and asked again if she said GE Home Security Service and she said yes. I told her that "I am on the do not call list and to remove me". Silence... when I asked if she heard me she replied "I heard you mother f___er" and hung up. Another fine upstanding company :-)
