Folks, I owe you an apology. With my post of November 6th I'm really trying to trick you. If you're naïve enough to actually call the 866 number I gave in my post (November 6th 2014), you're not submitting a "Do Not Call" request, you're creating an "add me to your spam calls list". YOU'RE actually aiding the SPAMMER which creates an instant "business relationship" allowing the spammers to call you! I sincerely apologize for insulting your intelligence and trying to trick you into receiving more spam calls. I am putting this same message on other "Who Called Me" type web sites under different names. God, please forgive my wicked soul!
I tried a few different ways to try to stop these calls but ultimately the way that was effective was by calling 866-246-7196. Simply give the caller's and receiving phone numbers and within their 1-2 business days processing time the calls stopped.

Spam call about a business loan approval.
I think this company is a fraud. They intend to cheat you for money.
