Here's a copy/paste of a comment that works so I'm endorsing it; Exhaustively fustrated from receiving all these pesty phone calls, I research to get this caller to stop and came across a blog comment that I tried and since it worked I'd like to pass this on. I spoke to a do not call request service at 866 246 7196 last week. They said they provide this service to a small number of companies that call consumers that want to minimize complaints and save time not calling people who don't want to be called. All they needed was the caller's phone number to confirm it's on their list and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call list.
