914-555-8844 called our place of business. Poor English, lots of background noise. Would not give reason for call. I put caller on hold and he ended up hanging up. This is a scam caller

Caller ID says "DIR ASST NY". Asked for the owner by name. Poor communications. Clearly not a native English speaker. Hung up on person who answered the phone, when they asked the reason for the call.
