Credit card services, reduce your interest rate, this is your 2nd call.
They call me from different numbers, I block the calling number each time they call, this is the 10th call I've received from them this year, I have not made a list of times or numbers. This is my second complaint to be filed

This number calls a lot... "Cards Services related to the Financial Stimulus". The voice sounds the same as :Rachel from Card Services with Bentley". For both, There is no option to opt out. If you ask to be removed from the call list or ask for a supervisor, they hang up on you and continue to call. They claim to be with "my bank", but couldn't tell me which bank... They mentioned BOA, Chase Banks & Gap. This is definitely fraud, scam, unwanted telemarketing, etc. I can't stand it!!!

Card Services: The company has a robo-call offer to reduce the credit card rates, with "this is the second call and there are only a few days left for this offer." The person picks up the call and is evasive on the phone about which bank credit card is represented. When I asked which bank they represented to reduce my rates, the caller hung up. Each time the call comes in from a different phone number, with the same name. Often we do no answer the call.

We get 3 or 4 calls a day and we are on the Do not call list. They call and when we answer and ask for a supervisor they hang up. I would like to sue them for harassment. Why doesn't the FTA get after them . We don't owe anyone and it really pisses me off when I get the baby down for a nap and the phone rings and the say " this is the last chance to clear up your credit card bills. " I'm sorry I don't have any credit cards. Please take my name off your list.
