SCAMMERS!!Related to RACHEL calls- Card services-and more, this 914 number is from somewhere in New York State- covers 8 counties & 105 cities. NPA/NXX = area code/prefix in numeric phone system. I think I have figured out some details to share - this is a group of mostly young callers that have been farmed out-scammed themselves, a robo call is sent out with various computer-recorded messages; tells you it is a survey or credit card or X, then reciever answers by punching a numbered response on their phone to gain personal information. I grabbed this call and punched in the number for credit card refinance and 'this is your last chance to refinance' type deal; so surprise a young man named 'Mike' answered me, said hello,howare you, so you called about the credit card refinance- is that right? yes I say- he says so HOW MUCH DO YOU OWE ON CREDIT CARDS? so I say, what? I don't know- how does this company work? What company is this? and 'Mike' HUNG up on me!! SO did Rachel when I answered her call last month. Although on the NAT - Do-Not-Call List I still receive these calls. These should be reported to FTC - scam -fraud- pure rudeness as well!NOTE-kids farmed out , so many numbers CAN'T BE TRACED>so the main cheaters can use these kids and their cell & landlines to scam and it never gets back to REAL abusers of the system!!
