Lower interest rate. When I told the Male caller that I have 0 balance over and over again. HE told me to "Shut up you crazy bitch, what you going to do about it?" I will not put up with this and I have called FCC and FTC to report this type of calling from this company and individual. He should not be allow to have spoken to anyone like that and I would like to see HIM lose his job completely. I will not be talked to like this by any company or individual representing that company.
