same "Hello and congratulations..." as above. But, also from number 832-915-2424. I have gotten messages from both numbers with the same voice.
Scam. Ignore or block this number if you can.
They just called. I'm in Boston. I don't answer numbers that I don't recognize.

Just called my cellphone, left a voicemail, "Hello and congratulations....... Payday loan scam. Number now blocked.
