some idiot inmate literally obsessivly calls from this number. No matter what I do for some reason it still goes through to voice mail. Im talking at least 6 times a day.

Its the Annex at the El Paso Criminal Justice Center. An inmate with a collect call.

They keep calling me every day (sometimes twice a day) talking about somebody who I don't even know. When I don't accept their call they instead decide to leave a voicemail.
