Call offered to reduce my credit card interest rate. when asked which credit card company they represented, They stated they could take care of any of my credit cards with balances greater than $5,000. I then asked to be removed from their call list and I was then hung up on.

These calls have been happening for about six months on my home and cell phone, more numbers than the three I have provided. They always say that I'm eligible for a lower interest rate given actions taken by the government and they end with "this is your final notice", which of course is not a true statement. Today alone I got three calls on the hour. I sometimes press 1 to get connected to a human who does not identify the company and who hangs up if I ask or if I demand to be taken off the do not call list.
