Received several calls from the same idiots about a payday loan they said I owe from April. I do not have any of those types of loans and apparently they do not own a calendar as they told me I needed to be at the courthouse on monday, (holiday) but the sheriff would be at my door on saturday at 11 a.m. to arrest me. I told them I wanted paperwork to prove this BS and they said they don't give any paperwork. I called them back repeatedly and asked what courthouse, what county and for the paperwork and they again had no answers, only threats. The only thing they told me was they were the lawyers for "US. Cash Advance" in El Paso, Texas and they address they did give me does not exist but is many in that area that they have operated from and moved on. My guess is ON THE RUN. If they have 2 working brain cells between them they will keep running. I don't back down easily especially to threats!! Hope this helps.

Indian man who is threatening me saying he is with Johnson and Johnson law firm and says the same thing as reported above. He is threatening and when I force back he hangs up. I am getting 8 calls a day. If I could kick his ass I would. How does this happen and they get away with it!?I am glad to have found these other reports. That made me feel better.

There is nothing you can do about it and even thou what they are doing is wrong, it is legal in the US. I have tried reporting this information to the proper authorities on the internet and local police but nothing is never done. I mostly ignore them or I have fun with them and really piss them off!!!

Person has been calling my cell phone, but would not say why- just that if my attorney doesn't call them then he wishes me good luck.....the times that I did answer the phone I told him to send me anything that he has, he told me that he will send someone to arrest me.

Called threatening, in conjunction with emails from ACS Debt Collection, both threatening me with legal action over a debt I don't have and don't owe.

I had emailed the ACS people back, pointed to their track record online as scammers, with lots of the listings, told them I would bring it to prosecutors, told them to stop using IC Systems to call me (another scammer). IC Systems is at 307-316-7521.

So then this deep-throated woman or man with high voice and an accent, probably from India, called from the number reported herein. It's in Clint, Texas, about 3.5 miles from the border with Mexico, which obviously they must run across when they feel like they might get caught. It's just southeast of Ciudad Juarez.

So I called them back when he left the message, calling himself "Steven Richards" (no way!), threatening me and telling me to get my attorney to call him back.

I called him back alright when he answered the phone "Steven Richards". I said, "I got your threatening message, you are next to the Mexican border and I have called the FBI."

They haven't called back. And yes, I did call the FBI. I have friends who are agents!
